Mid of the last century some wealthy people commissioned the villa to be constructed from stone and in neo-classical style in Lahos, about 1 km from the sea and Frikes on the back road to Stavros in the North of the island. There she still stands, in a wooded valley with lovely views on the hills and mountains surrounding her on all sides.

Lahos is a small place with just a few houses, the baker makes his round in the morning, the vegetable man stops after advertising his goods, the odd moped, car or truck passes on the road. Mainly, however, all you’ll hear is the distant tingling of the sheep’s bells, the mew of a buzzard flying over and of course the cicadas as everywhere else on the island.

The villa was modernised and decorated to a high standard without interfering too much with old charm and character. There is ample of space everywhere, inside and out, in the sun and in the shade.

Those who rather sit at the water front- it’s a gentle 10 to 15 minutes stroll down to Frikes and the sea.

It should be mentioned here that the villa is the perfect place for groups that want to go on holidays together. 14 people can sleep comfortably in 4 different units with overall 6 bedrooms, three kitchens and 6 bathrooms. The big living room upstairs (about 50m2) is also suited for course work.
