The villa offers two floors of accommodation. Downstairs are three apartments, each with their own access door from the lower terrace.

Upstairs with entry from the front of the house is the old main residence of the villa, the Villa - Suite.

The Villa - Suite

The Villa Suite (about 100m2) is surrounded by balconies running along three sides of the house. Towards the North they are replaced by a substantial terrace, another set of stairs lead from there into the yard.

The high old wooden ceilings, windows and balcony doors are impressive and contribute towards the feeling of breezing space. Ample light floods all the rooms. Old wooden shutters on all doors and windows help regulating the amount of light and heat entering the place. Ceiling fans in all rooms contribute to disperse the heat further.

The main living room is open plan: one corner houses the kitchen with sink, oven, hob, fridge and freezer.

A seventh person could very comfortably sleep on the sofa bed in the living room should that be required. Furniture are mostly old to reflect the character of the villa and sparse to not destroy the feeling of space.

From the hallway, floored with the original tiles, leads one door to the left and one to the right into a bedroom on each side. Each bedroom is about 16m2, one has a double and the other two single beds, mosquito nets are mounted above most beds.

All three bedrooms in the Villa suite have a balcony door to the balconies and a window. They all have their own little bathroom too with a washbasin, toilet and shower. One bathroom is bigger than the others, has been refurbished to very modern standard and has a second entrance door towards the hallway.

At the end of the hallway is another set of old double doors opening into the main living room (about 50m2) from which the third bedroom is accessible. Also the third bedroom is equipped with a double bed.

There is also a powerful wood burner in the living room which would make it possible to reside in the villa during the cold months of the year.

The Apartments

Towards the South and from the lower Terrace are the three entry doors to the apartments.

Apartment one and two are identical in size (about 35 m2) and lay-out. They have two rooms, one towards the back (bedroom with double bed and mosquito net) and a living room in the front where a third person could sleep comfortably on the sofa bed.

Separating the two rooms are the pantry kitchen on one side with a fridge, sink and hob and the generous bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin on the other.

The windows are equipped with mosquito netting too to keep the blood suckers at bay, wooden shutters control light and heat.
The ceilings downstairs are of normal heights and the décor is light and friendly.

Apartment three (15 m2) consists of one room only with two single beds and a bathroom. There are no cooking facilities here, but an electric kettle will allow to prepare tea or coffee. Also this room is light and friendly.
